  • I wholeheartedly agree and endorse everything that was said in the reviews above. It seems so rare nowadays to get quick, efficient, caring customer service. When it happens, as it does with Clarion, instead of expecting it as the norm and taking it for granted, one is overwhelmed, even shocked Consider e.g., that anything as seemingly fraught with possible problems as an (honest) claim that a cello was mysteriously damaged at my home while I was out of the country for two months would be received with understanding and generously compensated . I have had two instruments insured by Clarion over many years, and the customer service has been exemplary at every turn.

  • We’ve been with Clarion since 1987, and two days ago Clarion agent Jessica Merola went way above and beyond to make sure an expensive vintage guitar I needed to return to a dealer would be insured, if necessary, until it made it safely back to the store from which I had it on trial. True customer service for sure. We feel very confident having our music instrument and gear insurance policy with Clarion!

  • I've been with Clarion over 30 years... and only had to file one claim (which they promptly paid when my crotales were stolen during load out of a church gig about 25 years ago). It is comforting to know that all my instruments are protected both when I'm teaching at home or when they are at a concert hall. Don't rely on your homeowners insurance - they don't understand how valuable musical instruments are. Trust Clarion. And every time I call, I always speak with a friendly, knowledgable person! Thanks Clarion!

  • I have been insuring my equipment with Clarion for a few years now and I can't put a price on the peace of mind that I have when I am traveling with my equipment. I had an incident a few years ago and Clarion was there to get me back on my feet and on the road. They have great customer service! I highly recommend Clarion for your musical insurance needs.

  • I usually hate calling customer service for any business. However, so far I have found every call to Clarion to be a pleasant easy experience. I love that it is easy to be connected to an actual person, and so far that person is always pleasant, knowledgeable, and able to handle whatever has led to me calling. Thank you for having such good staffing. It really increases a consumer’s confidence in a business.
